Slada was born on September 4, 1961 in Banja Luka. She graduated from the Law Faculty in Banja Luka in 1984. She passed the bar exam in Sarajevo in 1986. At the Law Faculty in Banja Luka she received her master’s degree in 2013 (topic: “Establishment of companies”) –
Movement in professional career: she worked at the Basic Court in Gradiška (1985-1987), as Deputy Inter-Municipal Public Attorney, headquartered in Banja Luka (1987-1993), in the affairs of second instance administrative-legal supervision in the Ministry of Urban Planning and Construction of Republika Srpska (1993-1998), as an advisor at the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning (2000-2002) and as a lawyer in Banja Luka (2002-2008).
She participated in drafting and proposing several laws in the field of environmental protection.
She was a lecturer at several seminars in this field. She was a member of the commission for the drafting of several laws: the Law on Privatization of State Apartments, the Law on Urbanism and Spatial Planning, as well as several laws and by-laws from the communal area.
She was President of the Commission for the Promotion of Notary Ethics (2008-2010), Member of the Board of Directors (2010-2013) and President of the Commission for the Professional Development of Notaries in the Notary Chamber of Republika Srpska (2013-2016).
From 2017 he is acting President of the Notary Chamber of Republika Srpska. She works as a notary since 2008.
